I have noticed a few cats doing this around Dunedin... strange, must be a dunedin cat thing. Keep your eyes peeled when your here, they blend rather well.

There's alot of interesting textures in that photo, Sunshine. Was it a recent fire that made those smoke marks? Either way it looks cool.
I think it was a fire that happened a while ago. It's funny cause i see cats sitting like this on a fence and they camoflage well! This one, i thought was an interesting shot... i may have to start a camoflage cat blog here ;)
